Use the application to protect the document OpenOffice.org

if we do not want others to know our document known or read them, especially if the document is confidential must be protected so as not misused others.
Openoffice.org application using your document can be equipped with a password so that more secure if your computer is used more than 1 user.

This is easy step:
1.Openoffice.org use applications, such as writer.
2. It is a document open to extension. MsWord doc from the doc or just from writer
3. After the store re-open (save-as) with .odt and check the [save with a password] option before saving.
4. Input keywords into your secret key after confirmation click ok
5. done
6. to remove password remove a tick living it.
